Before you pay
- Business licence and registry record: the company exists and is licensed for your product.
- Factory or trading company: who actually makes the goods.
- Bank details: the payee name matches the company.
- Track record: years in business and export history.
- Product certificates, including EAC for the Armenian (EAEU) market.
- Factory walk-through: on video or on site.
- Samples checked against your specification.
When you order
- Written terms: specification, quantity, packing, deadlines and what counts as a defect.
Before shipment
- Quantity: cartons and units counted against the packing list.
- Quality: random sampling to AQL, with defects graded as critical, major or minor.
- Match to the approved sample: colour, size, material, function.
- Packing and marking: shipping marks, EAC, Armenian label.
- Photo and video report before you pay the balance.
- Container loading supervised.
Our fee is 5–10% of the product value. The exact rate is fixed in your written estimate before you pay.
